Delivery methods
1. Orders and deliveries : Orders can be placed through the web shop or by direct contact with VL2022 group doo. Delivery is made within 5 working days from the day of order confirmation. Order confirmation is delivered to customers via e-mail, after which the products are packed and sent to the address.
Orders and product deliveries are a very important thing in our business, so we will try to get all orders as soon as possible, as well as for them to be delivered to customers in an undamaged condition.
If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform the customer about the new delivery date.
If the customer wants to change the details of the order, it can be done via mail info@viksel.rs. Changes to the order can only be made if the products have not already been sent to the address.
2. Prices: Product prices are expressed in dinars and include VAT. VL 2022 group doo reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
3. Payment: Our company accepts various payment methods, in order to make shopping as easy and simple as possible for our customers and partners, for this reason, payment can be made in cash, when picking up the product, cash on delivery, payment to the account or via card. No advance payment is required.
Cash on delivery – The customer pays for the order in cash when picking up the package from the courier. This method is available within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. After that, the customer receives a copy of the fiscal invoice by email or phone number.
Credit/Debit Card Payment – Customers can pay for their order by credit card. Payment is made on the website, immediately after adding additional items to the basket, where payment continues on the same page.
Payment by bank transfer – The customer can pay for their order by bank transfer to our account. Bank details will be available on the order confirmation that the customer will receive.

4. Product return/complaints: VL2022 group doo strives to offer customers high-quality products and services. In case the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, there is a possibility of refund or complaint.
