4. Product return/complaints: VL2022 group doo strives to offer customers high-quality products and services. In case the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, there is a possibility of refund or complaint.
The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the day of purchase, the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged. The costs of returning the product are fully borne by the buyer, except in the case when the product is damaged or defective. In this case, the costs of returning the product are borne by VL2022 group. The customer will receive a refund within 15 days of receiving the product. VL2022 group guarantees all products, but requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to email@example.com
If the customer notices that the product is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the description as stated on our website, the customer has the right to complain. If the customer’s perfume spray is damaged after one year, he has the right to complain. If there is any damage, such as leaks or a faulty sprayer, the customer has the right to claim. In the event of a broken bottle, we do not guarantee, but all other complaints will be processed and resolved in accordance with our refund and complaints policies.
