General terms and conditions of the online store

The general conditions of the viksel.com online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2).
The online store viksel.com is managed by the company VL, PARFUMI, DOO, STEGNE 25 A, 1000 Ljubljana.
Please read the general terms and conditions of the online store carefully, as they bind you the moment you enter our online store. With each transaction made through our online store, you are considered to be familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and to have consented to the general terms and conditions offered without limitation.
You can use the services of the online store when you register as a user, or you can decide to make a quick purchase without registration. When registering in the system, you get a username that is the same as your e-mail address and a password. The user name and password unambiguously define the user and link them to the entered data. With registration or quick purchase, a visitor who is over 16 years old becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.
The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice. The changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.
The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, doing business through the online store or even accessing the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for a specified or indefinite period of time, or to limit or completely stop access to the online store page for a specified or indefinite period of time. The provider does not assume responsibility for the non-functioning of the store due to ignorance of use, any consequences of abuse of the online store, non-functioning of the service due to network failure, power failure or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, or even for a long time, interfere with use.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

To see what is available for purchase, simply browse the online product catalog. On the left side, you have various filters at your disposal, which allow you to get to the desired product as quickly as possible. You can also easily search for products using the keyword search engine located at the top right. When you find the product you want to order, click the “Add to Cart” icon. At the top right in the CART, you can monitor how many items you have in it. If you click on the CART button with the mouse, you will see a list of items in your cart and the total amount.

At the checkout, enter your information and select a delivery method and a payment method.

The provider allows the following payment methods:

PRICES

All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT (value added tax).
Current prices apply to all orders. When purchasing, we will take into account the price valid at the time of payment confirmation.
The listed product prices are currently valid, but we may change them without prior notice.

PROMOTIONS-DISCOUNTS
Users of the online store can buy products at promotional prices and prices with discounts. Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. Likewise, for each product for which a campaign or discounted price applies, the conditions of participation in them will be clearly defined.

DISCOUNT COUPONS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
As a way of special promotion, users can also buy certain products with the help of special coupons and promotional codes with a discount, which they get in different ways (via SMS, on flyers, on social networks…). A promotional code or coupon brings various advantages when purchasing and is limited in time. Codes and rules of use will be clearly defined. Entering the code is possible for every product, namely in the first step of the online order – Basket.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The provider undertakes to protect your privacy. All personal data of the user of the online store are confidential and will not be forwarded to unauthorized persons under any circumstances. Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual: your name, surname, electronic or regular address, etc.. The provider does not collect your personal data, except when you allow it or you agree to this, i.e. when ordering products or when you subscribe to our e-newsletter. The provider will use your personal data for the fulfillment of concluded contracts or your orders, for technical reasons of administration on the website, to provide you with access to specific information or for general communication with you and for the purpose of direct marketing. The provider will not forward your personal data to a third party, which does not include contractual processors of personal data.
You can visit most of the pages in our online store without having to disclose your personal information. Nevertheless, we obtain some information automatically using cookies and web signals (“pixel tags”), standard tools in the online industry. The use of cookies and web beacons allows us to recognize your IP address, the type of browser you use, and your general online activity. If you turn off cookies on your computer, it will not be possible to make a purchase in the online store. Cookies are invisible documents that are temporarily stored on your hard drive and allow our site to recognize your computer the next time you visit the website. The provider uses cookies only to collect information concerning the use of the website.
To make a purchase in our online store, we need your personal data (name, address and e-mail address). We will never send you emails that you have not signed up for. You can unsubscribe from our e-mails at any time at info@viksel.com . If your personal data changes, please inform us of the changes at the e-mail address info@viksel.com . The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his computer.

ORDERING

REFUSAL OF ORDER
An order that is found to be unable to be executed under the specified conditions and data available to the online store shall be rejected. The consumer cannot demand the fulfillment of such an order.

ORDER PROCESSING
The online store will start the activities necessary for the execution of the accepted order immediately after its receipt.

ORDER STORAGE
Submitted electronic order or the concluded purchase contract is stored at the company headquarters. The consumer can monitor all his orders on his profile.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE
ORDER Pursuant to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days after receiving the goods, the buyer may notify the provider in writing of withdrawal from the contract or orders. The buyer can submit a notice of withdrawal with an unequivocal statement from which it is clear that he is withdrawing from the contract.
When returning, the products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, unchanged in quantity and in the original packaging. An invoice for the goods, personal data and a transaction invoice must also be attached to the return, if the buyer wants to receive the returned payment to his TRR.
The buyer must return the goods to the company within 14 days after a written message to the address: VL, PARFUMI, doo, Stegne 25A, 1000 Ljubljana, with the note Online sale.
Shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer. The buyer returns or delivers the goods to the company or to a person authorized by the company to accept the goods, immediately or at the latest within 14 days after the notification that he withdraws from the contract. Pursuant to Article 43d of the Consumer Protection Act, the provider shall return the entire purchase price immediately or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The company may withhold the refund of the payments received until the return of the goods has been received or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, unless the company offers the possibility to collect the returned goods itself.

QUANTITIES
It is allowed to purchase quantities for your own home use worth up to €1,000. Promotions and sales offers are intended for the final consumer and apply to normal household purchase quantities from the store’s stock. In the case of quantities that do not correspond to the above, the seller reserves the right to change the quantities of the order or always informs the consumer beforehand.

DELIVERY

We prepare and ship ordered goods that are in stock from orders received on a working day by 12 noon on the same day, so that you generally receive the goods within 36 hours. All orders received after 12 noon are prepared and shipped the next business day.
We ship the goods through Pošta Slovenije. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For items where delivery times will be longer than otherwise planned, the buyer will be notified of the changed delivery time.
Please note that it also takes a certain amount of time to deliver the package. In Slovenia, the delivery time for most shipments takes one day, but this can be extended due to various reasons beyond our control (breakdowns, accidents, errors, road conditions, etc.).
The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is Pošta Slovenije. The buyer covers the postage in the case of a purchase of less than €100. The cost of delivery for purchases of up to €100 is €5.00 and is printed at the end of your order and is included on the invoice that you receive together with the ordered products. For purchases over €100, shipping costs are FREE.  

In the event that you pay for the goods in advance and you are not at home when the package is delivered, the postman leaves a notice in your mailbox about the postal package, which you pick up at the post office. If you don’t pick it up within 10 days, the post office will try to contact you again. After 14 days of waiting for your collection, the package is returned to the warehouse of the viksel.com store.

COMPLAINTS

All products are inspected before delivery and shipped undamaged. We will carefully pack your products in a delivery box so that they reach you undamaged and in their original packaging.

QUANTITY CLAIMS
In the event that the quantity of the products in the package does not match (the delivered quantity and the quantity indicated on the delivery note do not match), the buyer must notify the viksel.com store at the email address info@viksel.com no later than 8 days after receipt . In the case of a justified complaint, the product will be sent to the customer immediately or at the latest within 8 days after receiving the notification, or the proportionate purchase price will be returned.

WRONG GOODS
Inspect the goods received immediately. If the delivered package contains the wrong goods, the buyer must inform the viksel.com store about the damage at the email address info@viksel.com and attach a completed complaint form no later than 8 days after receipt . Based on the relevant notification, the viksel.com online store replaces the product in the shortest possible time and no later than 8 days after receiving the notification, or, if this is not possible for objective reasons, refunds the purchase price. Upon receipt of the correct product, it is the buyer’s duty to deliver the wrong product to the postman and submit a printed complaint form, if he has not already done so.

CLAIMS FOR PHYSICALLY DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Inspect the received goods immediately. If anything is damaged or spilled in the sent package, the buyer must notify Pošta Slovenije and the viksel.com store about the damage immediately, or at the latest within 3 days after receipt, to the e-mail address info@viksel.com and attach a completed complaint form. It is the buyer’s duty to deliver the spilled or damaged goods to the postman and participate in recording the record of the damage to the goods. On the basis of the appropriate notification, viksel.com replaces the product or refunds the purchase price to the customer as soon as possible and within 8 days at the latest.

COMPLAINT REFERRING TO MATERIAL DEFECTS
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the seller is responsible for material defects in his performance. The error is real:

  1. if the thing does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for traffic;
  2. if the item does not have the properties required for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of;
  3. if the thing does not have the characteristics and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;
  4. if the seller has delivered a thing which does not correspond to the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown only for notice.

The consumer must inform the seller about the error via the email address info@viksel.com  or by phone and fill out a complaint form in which he gives a detailed description of the error. The consumer must allow the seller to inspect the product. If the error is not disputed, the company will grant the consumer’s claim as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days. If there is a dispute about the error, the company gives the consumer a written answer within the same period.
Return the defective product together with the complaint form to the address VL, PARFUMI, doo, STEGNE 25A, 1000 Ljubljana. If possible, we will replace it, otherwise we will refund your purchase price. VL, PARFUMI, doo reserves the right to refuse a complaint if we find that the item’s unusability is the result of your improper handling.

Shopping and paying via the online store is safe.
All monetary transactions made in the online store are protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and the secure data encryption protocol.
For your security and peace of mind, all payments made by payment card are processed in real-time with immediate bank data verification. You can pay with a payment card (Maestro, Activa Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club).

In accordance with the legal norms, VL, PARFUMI, DOO does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
VL, PARFUMI doo, which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers  here .

The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
